Dispatch Timescales
All items will only be shipped to the billing address used on checkout, I will not ship to a different address as this helps to reduce card fraud. If you have entered a different address as the shipping address you will be contacted prior to shipping.
Items that are dispatched via Royal Mail are done so on the same day if the purchase is complete by 15:30 (Mon-Fri) or 10:00 on Saturday. I do not dispatch any items on Sundays or on bank holidays.
Larger / heavier items that are dispatched via courier are done so on the same day if the purchase is complete before 13:00(Mon-Fri) I do not dispatch via courier on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays
Pre-orders will be dispatched 1 -2 days before release.
Back-orders will be dispatched in 2-3 working days unless my suppliers are awaiting a restock. If this is the case I will contact you directly to inform you.
UK Delivery Included In Price
MaponusGaming.co.uk has delivery included in the price on the majority of items so the price you see is the price you pay
All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail unless it is a particularly heavy / large item in which case I will use a courier.
The type of Royal Mail service I use will vary depending on the value of the item.
Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch
Tracked UK Delivery
All tracked UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless it is a particularly heavy / large item in which case I will use a courier.
Delivery of Royal Mail Tracked 24 is typically the next working day but Royal Mail stipulates that the expected delivery time frame is 1-2 working days
Special UK Delivery
Special delivery items are posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery which is guaranteed to be delivered the next working day by 1PM.
Please note that Royal Mail no longer guarantee next day delivery to Jersey based postcodes (JE1-4)
What if my item has not arrived?
Is it less than 5 working days since your item was posted?
Royal Mail’s typical delivery time scales are up to 5 working days.
Has it been between 5-14 working days since your item was posted?
If so your item is now classed as delayed, at this point I would advise asking your neighbours if they have received it, checking your usual hiding places that the postman usually puts your items if they can not fit through your letterbox and lastly contacting your local Royal Mail sorting office just in case the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection and your postman has forgotten to write out a red slip to inform you of this.
Has it been more than 14 working days since your item was posted?
Royal Mail will now class your item as lost. You must email us stating the item has not been received. We will use this email as evidence in our claim with Royal Mail for a lost item. Royal Mail may contact you regarding this. When we receive your emailed declaration that the item has not been received we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Please email me at [email protected] stating your order reference number along with a declaration that you have not received your item. I will pursue the issue with Royal Mail for compensation and your emailed letter will be used as evidence
I can not offer a refund or replacement until the above has been carried out
